2026年8月6日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定用于液晶显示器的玻璃基板及其下游产品和制造此类基板的方法II（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same II，调查编码：337-TA-1441）作出337部分终裁：经过复审，确认本案存在侵权，向经由列名被告中国陕西Caihong Display Devices Co., Ltd., d/b/a Irico Display Devices Co., Ltd. of China彩虹显示器件股份有限公司、中国陕西Xianyang CaiHong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China咸阳彩虹光电科技有限公司、中国广东TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. of China TCL华星光电技术有限公司、美国TTE Technology, Inc., d/b/a TCL North America of Irvine, CA对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的侵权产品发布有限排除令，向美国TTE Technology, Inc., d/b/a TCL North America of Irvine, CA发布禁止令，总统审查期间进口的侵权产品征收0%保证金，本案调查终止。
