China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) has planned to foster cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce China (AmCham China), CCPIT top official said in Beijing.
CCPIT Chairperson Gao Yan made the announcement as she met with AmCham China Chairman Tim Stratford on February 21.
Gao Yan conveyed her congratulation for Tim being re-elected as the Chairman of AmCham China and praised the contribution AmCham China has made in improving China’s business environment. Gao called on the two agencies to further cooperation to address the concerns of enterprises and to set up more exchange platforms for Chinese and American business communities.
Tim said AmCham China is willing to further cooperation with CCPIT to jointly promote healthy and stable development of bilateral economic and trade ties.
